You already know how to do the work. It lives in your head, and that is where it stays.
So the work stops when you are away. Nobody else can take any of it off your hands. And you explain the same thing again next month.
This is thirty days of getting it out of your head and written down as steps a machine can run for you.
What is different at the end
Pick the job you do every week that nobody else can do. In thirty days, that job runs without you sitting down to do it.
You stop being the one place it exists. Someone else can pick it up, because it is written down instead of remembered. You can be away for a week and it still happens. And the next time you need one like it, you already know how to build it.
That is the whole promise, and it is one job, done properly, rather than everything at once.
Each week we meet for a working session. Me, Chris Mercer, and you, on a video call. You bring the thing you would pay to never touch again… the job everybody in your business has to wait on. We take it apart, write it down properly, and set it up to run on its own.
What you end up with is a set of written instructions and the tools that follow them, kept in a free account in your own name. None of it lives on my side, so none of it stops when the thirty days end.
Between sessions you can email me at [email protected]. It comes straight to me, not to a ticket queue, and I answer within one working day. In your first session I will give you my direct address.
What you get in the thirty days
- Four working sessions, about one a week, on a video call. Each one is a full hour, and I keep another half hour clear behind it in case the work needs longer.
- Email between sessions, answered by me, within one working day.
- A Nitwyt Developing Kit set up around your work, for the thirty days. It needs a free GitHub account and we make it together in the first session. You need nothing installed to start. The seat itself is borrowed and it closes on day thirty-one, so the last session is spent copying everything we built into a place you own. What you keep is the work, not the seat.
- You pay by card. The checkout will also show you any other method available to you, such as a US bank account, before you confirm anything.
- Everything we build is yours. The last session ends with copying all of it somewhere you own, so you are still holding it after the thirty days finish.
When we meet
Sessions start at 1:00, 2:00 or 3:00 in the afternoon, Central time, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, on Google Meet. The calendar needs two days’ notice, so the earliest first session is two days after you book it, and in a busy month the first open time can be a week or more away.
If those two afternoons do not work for your week, email [email protected] before you pay and I will tell you honestly whether I can fit you.
Two ways to do this. $5,000 if we build it together, $15,000 if I build it for you.
Work with me, $5,000. We build it together. You are in the room, your hands are on it, and at the end you know how it works because you helped make it. This is for people who want to be able to do it again without me.
I do it for you, $15,000. I build it and I run it for the thirty days while you watch. It starts the same way, with the same first session on the same calendar. At the end you take it over, or you buy another thirty days and I keep running it. This is for people whose problem is time rather than skill.
Not sure which one? Book a free twenty minutes first.
It is a real call. I am not going to read you a pitch. You tell me the job you want off your hands and I tell you honestly which of the two fits, or that neither does. If you want to keep going for longer than thirty days, that is the call where we work out what that looks like and what it costs.
It costs nothing and there is no card involved. Book the free twenty minutes here.
If you cannot buy it today
I work with three clients at a time. That way each of you gets a real week of my attention instead of a slot in a diary. When all three places are taken, the buy button on this page is replaced by a note saying so. That is not a trick to hurry you. Email [email protected] and I will tell you the day I am free again.
How it starts: you pick your first session on my calendar.
You pay at the checkout. The page that comes next has the link to my calendar, and the same link is in your receipt email. Keep that email, because the same link books all four sessions, one at a time. If you lose it, email [email protected] and I will send it back to you the same day.
Six short questions come before the booking. Your answers do the warm-up, so the call starts with your situation instead of introductions.
Your thirty days start on the day of that first session, not the day you pay. Take your time booking it.
About paying again
There is no subscription here. Nothing renews on its own, nothing is charged to a card you left with me. If you want another thirty days at the end, you buy another thirty days. If you do not, nothing happens.
If you change your mind
Full refund any time before the first session, no reason needed. Email [email protected] and it is done.
If you picked Work with me, there is no refund after that first session, because the time has been spent.
If you picked I do it for you, you have longer. You can stop and get all of it back up to the end of your second session, because by then you have seen what I am making and you can judge it. That is written into our terms page as well, so the two agree.
Wondering whether I am any good at this?
Fair question, and I am not going to hand you a testimonial. The free twenty minutes is the proof. Bring the messiest job you own and I will take it apart with you on the call. If what I say is worth anything you will know inside twenty minutes, and if it is not, you have lost twenty minutes and no money.
Ready? The two options and the buy button are at the top of this page. Still deciding? Book the free twenty minutes above, or email [email protected] and ask me anything. I read it myself.
