I am using Gemini in N8N through an API call. The essential purpose is for it to write an email for me. The problem is that the context window is almost nothing. it receives the basic purpose of the email and then whatever additional information I give it. For example: "webinar invite" and then the details of the webinar and the registration link.
Is the Leap method the best tool for this problem? Looking for some feedback on the best way to improve this prompt.
Additional information
This tool is used to write emails for many different groups of people. So the context varies widely, for example civic groups, church groups, technology groups, etc.
------------
You are helping Pastor Mike Boyle draft a personalized email. Write a professional but warm email about this topic: '{{ $('Code').item.json.topic }}'. Additional context from his notes: '{{ $('Code').item.json.body }}'.
Return ONLY a raw JSON object with exactly two fields:
- "subject": a compelling email subject line (do NOT just copy the topic, write a proper subject line)
- "body": the email body with FIRSTNAME_PLACEHOLDER as the exact placeholder for the recipient's first name, using \n\n between paragraphs
No markdown, no backticks, no explanation. Just the raw JSON object.
I was going back and forth with an AI this morning, trying to solve a specific frustration that I think some AI powered thinking could help with...
Here's the question...
Why does "Good Business" often feel bad/short sighted for society/country?
We usually think we have to choose between Capitalism (growth) or Regulation (fairness).
It’s a binary fight.
(And when there are only two options available my "Inner AI Operator" kicks in letting me know I'm missing some obviously useful third option.)
So I asked AI to find that third option...
What if we didn't change the rules, but just changed the incentives using data?
I ended up drafting a concept called around "Citizen Ownership."
It’s a bit wild, but I want to drop the raw summary here for any builders who may come across this to "Red Team" (poke holes in this!).
The Core Thesis
Right now, if the government invests money (like a 401k or a sovereign fund), it usually dumps it into the S&P 500. This blindly funds companies that might be offshoring jobs or crushing wages.
The Fix: Create a "Citizen Value Index" (The Patriot Fund).
Instead of picking winners based on politics, we use an AI Filter to select companies based on Stability:
- The Unity Ratio: The CEO-to-Worker pay gap must be healthy (e.g., <100:1).
- The Patriot Score: Critical supply chains must be domestic or allied (resilience).
- The Future-Proofing: R&D spending must be higher than Stock Buybacks.
The "Whale Effect"
If the government directs passive accounts into this fund (using the new $1000 Trump Accounts for example), it becomes a "Whale". (A massive buyer that creates a permanent price floor for these specific companies.)
- Result: It becomes cheaper for "Good Companies" to get capital than "Bad Companies."
- The Shift: We don't force companies to be good; we just make it more profitable to be good.
The User Experience
Imagine checking your account and seeing:
- Account Value: $18,450 (+12%)
- Impact: You funded 4,000 manufacturing jobs in Ohio.
- Owner's Discount: Because you own shares in the Index, you get 5% off at all "Patriot Corps" (Target, Ford, etc.).
🛑 RED TEAM THIS
This is just a "Paper Prototype." I want to know where it breaks.
- Is this "Capitalism Corrected" or just "Central Planning with extra steps"?
- How would you game this system if you were a greedy CEO?
- Could prediction markets or other blockchain mechanisms be useful?

Every Monday I plan to go through a little AI experiment...
Here is today's...
Most people use the New Year to lean on Willpower—a finite resource that eventually drains.
This week, we experiment with a different fuel: Curiosity.
Instead of forcing a "Resolution," I used Gemini to "remember" my future. I jumped ahead to November 14, 2026, acting as if I had already lived my most successful year. By shifting the perspective from striving to reporting, the brain stops looking for "how" and starts experiencing the "result."
The Prompt Experiment
The prompt was designed to act as a Future Journalist. It didn't ask for my goals; it asked for my experience. It forced me to describe:
- The physical sensation of waking up in a successful body.
- The "vibe" of a house where the struggle has ended.
- The specific "lag" habits I cut out a year ago.
The result? A profound shift from "I want this" to "This is who I am."
The Discovery: What I "Uncovered"
During the interview, several "Gems" emerged that I wouldn't have found through a standard goal-setting session:
- The Death of Lag: I realized my biggest hurdle in 2025 was "delaying useful action." In my 2026 reality, that habit is dead. The gap between noticing and doing is zero.
- The "Author" Mindset: I discovered a mental framework where I am simultaneously the Author (designer) and the Actor (living it). This removes the "seriousness" of life while keeping the "sincerity."
- Root vs. Fruit: I stopped obsessing over the "roots" (past struggle/analysis) and allowed myself to simply live in the "fruit" (the results).
(NOTE: These results model language I used in my replies to the interview, your results should be customized for you because they'll be based on your replies.)
The "Seed Gem" For You 💎
You can use this exact same framework to bypass your own willpower. Instead of fighting your current identity, step into the one that has already succeeded.
Try the Prompt Yourself:
"Act as a Journalist from the future. The date is November 14, 2026. Interview me about the best year of my life. Don't ask about my goals; ask about my experience, my morning routine, and how my body feels. Help me summarize exactly what I did in 2026 to make this my reality."

I’ve found that documenting the "future-past" is much more effective than planning the "future-future." It turns your AI into a mirror of your highest potential.
What did you "remember" about your 2026?
- What was the first thing you noticed when you woke up?
- What was the #1 habit you "ruthlessly cut" to make it happen?

You've may already be using AI in some ways already...
Everyone in this community is tired of the AI noise.
The endless hype cycles, the abstract discussions, the cut and paste prompts, the "vibe coding" that never turns into anything real.
Our world does not need another place to talk about solving problems with AI.
