Hell Yeah. It Works.
I’m done.
Prompt Forge is officially working.
I built my own architecture around the same underlying principle as Mercer's OS:
Let the AI reason. Do not let the AI be the final authority on whether its own work is valid.
Prompt Forge now has:
- specialized LEAP-style reasoning roles;
- explicit handoffs between stages;
- preserved user constraints and decision authority;
- provenance separating user decisions from system-generated logic;
- deterministic preflight and postflight checks;
- evidence binding;
- final reconciliation;
- machine-checkable execution receipts;
- USER_ONLY boundaries;
- and a real HOLD state when the system cannot prove something instead of just making shit up.
Then I beat the hell out of it.
Thousands of deterministic, fuzz, mutation, structural, and adversarial tests.
Independent Code Audit.
Live acceptance tests covering normal release, USER_ONLY decisions, legitimate HOLD, blocked contracts, and receipt tampering.
All passed.
It is a working LEAP-style AI execution system with its own compiler, runtime, control layer, state machine, verification, and release process.
Hell yeah!
I do not have to trust a single prompt to remember every rule, know what it actually proved, and admit when it doesn’t know.
Next step: Start using it and see what real-world problems Prompt Forge is best at solving.
Congrats Jan! This is HUGE... Can't wait to see what you do with it!
(A good place to start is asking it to do "capability checks". Give it your favorite podcast, youtube channel, blog, or tech tool and ask it to show you what's now possible that you likely didn't know before.) 😎
