The AI Shift From "Tool User" to "Digital Sculptor" (2026 Preview)

Howdy all!

With the exception of the recent 3-day "Operator Login" training (available in this area) I’ve been fairly quiet for the last few months.

I haven't been gone... I've been in my version of an AI studio/workshop.

It's there I realized that I didn't want to just create another course or be a "teacher" telling you what to do.

I wanted to be a fellow player in the game, practicing alongside you.

So, I’ve been quietly building, testing, and refining a new way to work with AI that I’m finally ready to start sharing as we head into 2026.

The Core Shift? "Digital Dust"

Most of the world is stuck looking at AI as a "tool."

When you see it as a tool, you are limited by what you think that tool is supposed to do.

You wait for updates.

Sometimes it even feels like the AI is operating you.

Ever catch yourself arguing with your AI?!? (Yeah... me too.) 🤣

But if you shift your perspective and see AI as "Digital Dust"...

A raw, infinite medium...

Everything changes.

You shift from being a user to being a sculptor...

An artist who uses the "digital dust" AI offers as their medium.

You can form, mold, and craft this digital dust into any tool you need to get a specific job done.

What I’ve Been Building... and What’s Coming.

I’ve been using this "Digital Dust" philosophy to build specific "Gems" (In my case for Google Gemini, but you can use whatever platform you want).

Think "custom AI agents with very specific utility".

• I built one for a mortgage company to help loan officers practice sales conversations so they could close more deals.
• I built another for a membership site to coach their members on how to turn their new skills into a business so their members could experience even more success.

I’m not just going to give you access to Gems like these...

In 2026, I want to show you how I’m building them using a series of unique prompting styles/configurations all under a concept I call "Latent Experience Prompting" (LEP).

One example of a LEP configuration is Stereo Prompting.

Think of "Stereo Prompting" like back-channeling to your AI.

Instead of just barking commands at a chatbot (Mono channel), we configure the signal with rich context and background data (Stereo) so the AI understands exactly where we are on the board.

It fine-tunes the "digital dust" so you get the result you want...

AND YOU GET THE RESULT YOU DIDN'T KNOW YOU NEEDED. 🤯
