This week in the community: 6 to 10 October
Here is everything happening in the community this week, in one post, so you can pick what to join.
Tuesday 6 October: Nitwyt Office Hours
A video call for people who have bought a Nitwyt OS kit. It is held in their members' space, where they will find the time and the joining link.
If that isn't you, Thursday's call is free for every member.
Thursday 8 October: Operator Hour
An open video call in this community's Workbench space. Any member can join, and you do not have to say a word.
Bring a task you are stuck on, or come and watch. The time is on the event page. Press Register there; the joining link is shown to people who register.
Saturday 10 October: Saturday School
A free live class on YouTube. Watching needs no account. This week Mercer, who runs this class, shows how to find where your AI breaks by testing it on purpose.
Mercer has a name for the weak spots nobody looks for until it is too late: IF points (IF stands for Improbable Failure).
The time and the video are on the class page.
Missed last Saturday?
Last Saturday's idea is now a four-minute film: what scattered notes cost your AI.
What is one task your AI keeps getting wrong?
