The Reality of Broken Pipelines...

Actual Win #1 (from yesterday)...
We established the [LEAP Design Pattern, pushed the blueprint to GitHub](<https://github.com/tomi-mercer/leap-design-pattern >), and built the visual UI shell. The switchboard exists, but it has no brain.

Today, we face the reality of local AI maintenance.

Yesterday our local bridge failed.

Today, we know the legacy Gemini models we targeted have been publicly deprecated by Google.

If you aren't doing the research, your systems break....

Forecasted Win #2...
Today, we secure the API Bridge. We will establish a functional local server, update our payload to gemini-3.0-flash, and successfully return a response to the UI.

  • For the Builders: The raw blueprint is in the [open LEAP repo](<https://github.com/tomi-mercer/leap-design-pattern >)
  • For the Operators: This friction is exactly why we are building the NDK (Nitwyt Developing Kit). But the NDK doesn't exist yet, so today, we do the manual labor.
